International Orders made between Aug 11th , 2022 and Aug 16th, 2022 may affect shipping delays during Obon holiday seasons.
For International orders placed after Aug 11th
will proceed after Aug 17th 2022.

We offer shipping to most countries and it should normally take 7-14 days via normal post. But unfortunately during the pandemic, we are not able to offer tracked & fast packages to all countries.

Shipping to EU , UK, USA & some parts of Asia may have additional taxes or customs charges. We are not responsible for taxes & make sure you check with your local customs office.

Yes, we recommend patch testing when trying out any new product. Do apply some of the product onto your wrist or other inconspicuous area and leave on for about a day before rinsing off. If you get any redness or sensitivity, please do not continue using. Do contact us for a return & refund.

We offer returns & refunds for unopened, unused products within 14 days of purchase. We may extend the return date an extra 7 days if package arrives after 14 days. For other situations, we may accept or reject the refund on a case by case basis. If wrong products were sent or something broke during transit, please contact us 7 days from receiving your package so we can make it right!

As our products contain many plant based ingredients & oils, please store in a cool dark place away from sunlight.

Our products have 3 years shelf life if unopened. But once opened, we recommend to use it up with 6 months. Please keep away from direct sunlight and out of extreams of temperture.
